The year 2008 

A NEW LABEL,
2000-2009… the Estate is no longer in its infancy; it is now almost 10 years since I was swept off my feet by this passion for winemaking. Over the years, many things have evolved: a change in cultivation trends, in vinification methods… philosophy and style have slowly but surely come into their own. And so, the development has also impacted on the label which has changed in its turn… almost the same but a little more refined…

A NEW APPELLATION,
> I have been telling you about the Pommard for almost two years… it’s finally here and available.

> An “ephemeral” vintage. Following our trials in biodynamic cultivation of the vines (an experiment undertaken with the Cooperative Bourgogne du Sud to reduce the use of copper), I decided to fully implement this experiment, namely: pressing the grapes separately, aging the wine separately and creating a distinctive vintage.
It is called “13 lunes” (13 moons) simply because 2008 was a year
with 13 moons and the biodynamic method works closely in conjunction with the planets.
